Gina is a native Idahoan who grew up in the small town of Payette, Idaho and has chosen to live in Idaho her whole life.  She holds a bachelor's in business administration with an emphasis in entrepreneurship and is currently studying for her CCIM designation. Gina has an extensive background in real estate that encompasses large corporate commercial real estate services including commercial property management, residential real estate, and agricultural real estate.  Gina is not new to being a leader. During her tenure with WinCo Foods she was the chair of the Corporate Office Employee Association Committee that headed up employee grievances with a committee of over 15 colleagues.  Outside of her WinCo Foods role, she was a leader for the National Association of Licensing and Compliance Professionals holding the seat as Vice President of Programs and Communications with a committee of over 10 colleagues responsible for the full program of their annual national conference that hosted over 500 licensing and compliance professionals.
After WinCo Foods, she began her new venture in Albertsons Companies where she excelled as Northern California Division Commercial Property Manager managing a multi-million-dollar portfolio of over 170 landlord locations and 74 tenant locations. During her tenure, in addition to her role as a Property Manager, she was chosen by the Vice President of Real Estate to lead a team of 10 colleagues for the strategic planning and implementation of a nationwide Electric Vehicle program for the construction and installation of Electric Vehicle stations over 1,500 Albertsons locations. During her time with Albertsons Companies, Gina took several leadership training courses where she learned several leadership skills that she has transitioned into Monrow.
Working in a large corporation, Gina decided that the red tape of a Large Corporation often hinders landlord and tenant’s objectives.  She is determined to help commercial clients and residential clients by allowing them to expect tailored services without the need for layers of approval. She opened her brokerage in March of 2022 with the determination to provide tailored residential and commercial real estate services.
