Commercial Property Management
Our company is a small, more intimate company which allows us to focus on our clients’ assets. As the owner, I have extensive experience working with a large corporation managing a multi-million-dollar portfolio with the focus of obtaining the most savings possible and keeping our assets desirable. What I found working in a large corporation is that there are too many people looking to approve any actions taken that they lose the ability to provide great service. We keep our company small and empower our entire team to make decisions based on the client’s needs first.

We welcome the opportunity to work with you in keeping the value of your assets a priority.

As the Designated Broker I have been in and around the Residential, Commercial, Recreational, and Agricultural Real Estate industry for over 20 years. Additionally, I have worked in large corporations in Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Property Management, so I bring the multifaceted commercial experience of a large corporation into a small intimate setting.

I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship achieving the high honor of Magna Cum Laude from Ashford University. My full background encompasses business management, commercial and residential real estate, mortgage lending, retail leasing and property management.

My previous large corporation experience includes WinCo Foods and Albertsons Companies where I gained experience in commercial property management and real estate services. During my tenure with Albertsons Companies, I managed a multi-million-dollar portfolio in Northern California and Nevada that included 150 Commercial properties and 74 large and small retail tenants. I achieved over $1 million in savings for the company through effective financial management including detailed audits of maintenance and operating expenses.

As an Idaho Native I get to enjoy the outdoors as much as possible with my husband and two pups. When I am not working you will find me with my family filling up the spring and summer time on a mountain bike trail, hiking trail, river boating on the Salmon River, rafting the Payette, camping wherever we can find a place, on a golf course, or simply enjoying a glass of Idaho wine on our patio. During the winter you will find me on the skill hill enjoying the powder as much as possible.
