Ophelie grew up in France. After completing business school studies where she was involved with AIESEC (an international organization that focuses on empowering young people to make a progressive social impact). She received 2 post graduate diplomas (one from IECS in Strasbourg, France and one from the TUD in Dresden, Germany), then made Idaho her home in the year 2000. She and her husband Glenn moved to Arizona in 2001 where she simultaneously taught High School and obtained a teaching degree.  After the birth of their first child, Elliot, they moved back to Idaho, and Ophelie taught High School for the Meridian School district. She taught High School foreign languages in both Arizona and Idaho and always wanted to pursue the business side of things. 
 

In 2005, she pursued her real estate license after she and her husband tried to buy a home and could not find an agent to help them, therefore losing the home to other buyers. Ophelie believes strongly in education, and opened her own school, Trilogy Real Estate Educators, focusing on helping licensees acquire expert knowledge while fulfilling their license requirements. She has been writing curriculum for agents since 2017, and her specialties are the forms and contracts used by Realtors ® in the State of Idaho. 
 

Ophelie has been the recipient of several awards over the years: Agent of The year in her brokerage in 2007, multiple top producer awards since 2006,  Good Neighbor Award for the Nampa Association of Realtors in 2020, Realtor®  of the Year for the Nampa Association of Realtors ® in 2020, Realtor® of the Year for the State of Idaho in 2021, Broker of the Year for the Nampa association of Realtors ®  in 2023.
 

With years of experience in residential real estate, instructor for agents throughout the State of Idaho and beyond, transaction coordinator, and managing broker, Ophelie wanted to offer a platform for consumers and agents to achieve success in a customized way. Ophelie opened her own brokerage in 2023. After a year, she found herself in a position where growth was necessary to overcome her challenges.
 

She approached Gina and together, they decided to merge. In February 2024, Monrow was born (Mon is for Montgomery, Row is for Crowley). 

Monrow is a women owned full-service boutique brokerage originated in Nampa, Idaho.
